Where is my package?
After placing an order, it takes on average 1 to 2 business days to process your order and 4 to 6 business days to deliver it, provided that you ordered before 5:00 PM. If this time frame is exceeded, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive a tracking number. Check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time before the tracking link becomes active.

How to track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number you received by email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page
